Winnie Hsin (Chinese: 辛曉琪; pinyin: Xīn Xiǎoqí; born 8 February 1962) is a Taiwanese singer.

In 1995, Hsin provided the voice of the titular character in the Mandarin dubbed version of the Walt Disney animated film Pocahontas.

In 2003, Hsin starred as Zhu Yingtai in a Taiwanese musical based on the Chinese legend of the Butterfly Lovers.

On 30 May 2009, Hsin performed in the Join, Love Club concert held at the Hong Kong Coliseum.
