Wynn Al Marjan Island (Arabic: جزيرة وين المرجان) is an under-construction integrated resort developed by Wynn Resorts in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
This will make Wynn Al Marjan Island the first casino resort in the UAE.
[6][7] Wynn Resorts stands to have a monopoly on gaming in the UAE for the first several years before other casinos open.
[8] Authorities in the UAE have indicated that they have no plans to award additional casino licenses in the immediate future.
The purpose of this acquisition is to bring British gamblers to Wynn Al Marjan Island after it opens.
