Dupasquier collided with Ayumu Sasaki during Moto3 qualifying, with him then being hit by Jeremy Alcoba.

Alcoba and Sasaki were unhurt, but Dupasquier was critically wounded, before being airlifted to Careggi Hospital in Florence.
