The 2023 Spanish motorcycle Grand Prix (officially known as the Gran Premio MotoGP Guru by Gryfyn de España) was the fourth round of the 2023 Grand Prix motorcycle racing season.

The top ten riders (written in bold) qualified for Q2.

The race, scheduled to be run for 25 laps, was red-flagged during the first lap due to an accident involving Miguel Oliveira and Fabio Quartararo.

The race was later restarted over 24 laps with the original starting grid.
