The 2024–25 Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils basketball team represents Mississippi Valley State University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season.

The Delta Devils, led by third-year head coach George Ivory, play their home games at the Harrison HPER Complex in Itta Bena, Mississippi, as members of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC).

The Delta Devils finished the 2023–24 season 1–30, 1–17 in SWAC play, to finish in last place.
