As a member of the USL Championship, Indy Eleven will participate in the U.S. Open Cup tournament for the 10th time, following their semi-final appearance in 2024.
The format for the 2025 U.S. Open Cup was released on January 28, 2025, with Indy Eleven set to enter as hosts in the third round on April 15 or 16.
