Ballou is a census-designated place (CDP) in Mayes County, Oklahoma, United States.

As of the 2000 census, the CDP population was 142 people, a figure which increased to 176 in 2010.

The racial makeup of the CDP was 73.94% White, 19.01% Native American, and 7.04% from two or more races.
