Sams Corner is a census-designated place (CDP) in Mayes County, Oklahoma, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.0 square mile (2.6 km2), all land.

The racial makeup of the CDP was 65.87% White, 30.16% Native American, and 3.97% from two or more races.

24.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 11.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were 20.5% of families and 18.9% of the population living below the poverty line, including 41.7% of under eighteens and none of those over 64.
