Blažkov is a municipality and village in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

Blažkov lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) south-east of Žďár nad Sázavou, 45 km (28 mi) east of Jihlava, and 145 km (90 mi) south-east of Prague.
