Carricitos is an unincorporated community in Cameron County, Texas, United States.

It is located within the Rio Grande Valley and the Brownsville-Harlingen metropolitan area.

[2] Carricitos is located near the intersection of U.S. Highway 281 and Farm to Market Road 2520, 7 miles (11 km) southwest of San Benito in southwestern Cameron County.

Children in the community attend Rangerville Elementary School, San Benito Riverside Middle School, and San Benito High School.
