Villa Nueva is an unincorporated community in Cameron County, Texas, United States.

It is located within the Rio Grande Valley and the Brownsville-Harlingen metropolitan area.

A cemetery and several scattered houses were the only signs of human habitation in Villa Nueva in the early 1930s.

[2] Villa Nueva is located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 281 and Farm to Market Road 3248, 2 miles (3.2 km) west of Brownsville in extreme southern Cameron County.
