Cassel, South Africa

Cassel is a village near Kuruman,[2] in John Taolo Gaetsewe District Municipality in the Northern Cape province of South Africa.

Cassel Village is situated 90 km North West of Kuruman in the Northern Cape Province of the Republic of South Africa.

Cassel is under the chieftaincy of the Batlhaping-ba-ga-Phuduhutswana in the last legally and traditionally recognised chief, Kgosi Mothusi Godfrey Thaganyane *deceased*.
