Charles Theodore Seltman PhD (4 August 1886 – 28 June 1957) was an English art historian and writer particularly in the area of numismatics.
He was educated at Berkhamsted School and during World War I served in the Suffolk Regiment in France.
[2] He was a fellow of Queens' College, Cambridge and a University Lecturer in Classics; he was awarded an honorary degree of Doctor of Literature (Litt.D.).
His wife is buried at the Parish of the Ascension Burial Ground in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.
In accordance with his wishes, his ashes were scattered in the Mediterranean Sea near Majorca, Spain.
