Chloanthes glandulosa

Chloanthes glandulosa is a species of flowering plant in the family Lamiaceae.

The greenish-yellow flowers are on a pedicel 4–7 mm (0.16–0.28 in) long, glandular and covered with short, soft hairs.

Flowering occurs from July to November and the fruit is a dry drupe more or less elliptic-obovate shaped and 5–6 mm (0.20–0.24 in) long.

[2][3][4] Chloanthes glandulosa was first formally described in 1810 by Robert Brown and the description was published in Prodromus florae Novae Hollandiae et insulae Van-Diemen, exhibens characteres plantarum quas annis 1802-1805.

[7] This species grows in moist, mostly sandy soils in sclerophyll forests in the Blue Mountains from Springwood to Kurrajong.
