Danville is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Montgomery County, in the U.S. state of Missouri.

Danville is in western Montgomery County, on the north side of Interstate 70/U.S.

There is a combined gas station-food store-lunch counter-florist shop just off the interstate, an automotive repair shop in the village, and a quarry operation just outside it; and no other businesses or services.

[1] The community sits on a ridge which drains north to Rumbo Branch and south to Sallee Branch, both west-flowing tributaries of the Loutre River, part of the Missouri River watershed.
