Jacobs began playing college football at Grambling State in 2017 as a defensive lineman, but did not appear in any games his first season.
[5] After going unselected in the 2023 NFL draft, Jacobs was signed by the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free agent.
He was waived by the Broncos on August 29, 2023 as part of final roster cuts, but was signed to the practice squad the next day.
