Dominican Republic qualified one gymnast, Audrys Nin Reyes, by being among the highest-ranked eligible athlete in the All-around at the 2023 Pan Am Games in Santiago, Chile.

Luis Miguel Pérez, qualified for the games, by advancing to the final match in his division, through the 2024 Pan American Wrestling Olympic Qualification Tournament in Acapulco, Mexico.
