Ennetbaden

Ennetbaden is a municipality in the district of Baden in the canton of Aargau in Switzerland, located in the Limmat Valley (German: Limmattal).

Of the rest of the land, 33.6% is settled (buildings or roads) and the remainder (2.8%) is non-productive (rivers or lakes).

[4] The municipality is located in the Baden district on the right bank of the Limmat river.

The blazon of the municipal coat of arms is Or a Pale and Chief Sable.

[4] The age distribution, as of 2008[update], in Ennetbaden is; 272 children or 9.1% of the population are between 0 and 9 years old and 208 teenagers or 6.9% are between 10 and 19.

[11] From the 2000 census[update], 1,230 or 40.7% are Roman Catholic, while 980 or 32.5% belonged to the Swiss Reformed Church.
