Fernville is a census-designated place (CDP) in Columbia County, Pennsylvania, United States.

There were 196 households, out of which 30.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.8% were married couples living together, 6.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.5% were non-families.
