[2] The Fowlersville Covered Bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

[3] The township is located slightly northeast of the center of Columbia County.

Unincorporated communities include North Centre in the northwestern part of the township, and Fowlersville and Dennis Mills in the east.

16.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

Several small additions are being added to accommodate the increasing class size, and a major renovation on the existing portion will bring it up to code.
