Flute Springs is a census-designated place (CDP) in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, United States.

It is part of the Fort Smith, Arkansas-Oklahoma Metropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 4.4 square miles (11 km2), all land.

The racial makeup of the CDP was 28.02% White, 61.54% Native American, and 10.44% from two or more races.

About 17.7% of families and 31.0% of the population were below the poverty line, including 40.7% of those under the age of eighteen and 35.7% of those 65 or over.
