George Septimus Rennie CMG (23 July 1866 – 13 October 1930) was a Conservative member of the House of Commons of Canada.
He proceeded to further studies in London where he received the Royal College of Physicians licentiate (LRCP) diploma.
[1][2] He served in the military from 1894 through World War I in a variety of postings, attaining the rank of colonel in 1915.
[3] He became the medical director of the Commonwealth Life Insurance Company and surgeon-in-chief of the Toronto, Hamilton and Buffalo Railway.
During his term in the 17th Canadian Parliament, Rennie contracted a severe case of double pneumonia.
