Panagiotis Gionis secured his spot at the Games via winning the second available places for men's singles event, through the 2024 European Qualification Tournament in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Greece men's national water polo team qualified for the Olympics by advancing to the final match and securing an outright berth at the 2023 World Aquatics Championships in Fukuoka, Japan.
