Ishwarganj (Bengali: ঈশ্বরগঞ্জ) is an administrative area in north-eastern Bangladesh.

According to the 2011 Census of Bangladesh, Ishwarganj Upazila had 81,070 households and a population of 376,348.
Ishwarganj has a literacy rate (age 7 and over) of 41.01%, compared to the national average of 51.8%, and a sex ratio of 1010 females per 1000 males.

Ishwarganj Upazila is divided into Ishwarganj Municipality and 11 union parishads: Atharabari, Barahit, Iswarganj, Jatia, Magtula, Maijbagh, Rajibpur, Sarisha, Sohagi, Tarundia, and Uchakhila.
