Royal Prussian Jagdstaffel 25, commonly abbreviated as Jasta 25, was a "hunting group" (fighter squadron) of the Luftstreitkräfte, the air arm of the Imperial German Army during World War I.
The squadron would score 54 aerial victories during the War – 46 enemy aircraft and eight opposing observation balloons.
[1][2] Jasta 25 was founded on 28 November 1916, and mobilized on 1 December.
It continued operations until the end of the war brought about the dissolution of the Luftstreitkräfte.
