[37][38][39][40] In late 2024, Kinetic announced that it would shut down its Sydney charter operation as it "wasn't sustainable", attributing to a significant 50% rental increase of the depot in Turella.
With the rebranding of several former subsidiaries in 2022, Kinetic operates an extensive commuter transport service throughout the state in the following regions:[44] Through its 51% shareholding in Go-Ahead Group, Kinetic also operates buses in the United Kingdom, Singapore and Ireland, and railway services in the United Kingdom, Norway and Germany.
