There were 472 households, out of which 35.0% had children under the age of eighteen living with them; 64.0% were married couples living together, 8.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.9% were non-families.

20.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.8% had someone living alone who was sixty-five years of age or older.

For every one hundred females who were aged eighteen or older, there were 97.7 males.
