Komárovice is a municipality and village in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

It lies on the border between the Jevišovice Uplands and Křižanov Highlands.

The highest point is the Láč hill at 587 m (1,926 ft) above sea level.

The Jevišovka River originates in the municipal territory.
