Little Sandy Creek[1] is a tributary of Redbank Creek,[2] approximately 32.7 mi (52.6 km) long, in northwest Pennsylvania in the United States.

[3] Little Sandy Creek arises in McCalmont Township[4] in Jefferson County and passes through Oliver Township[5] Beaver Township,[6] Ringgold Township,[7] Worthville,[8] and Redbank Township[9] before joining Redbank Creek in Armstrong County just upstream of the community of Mayport in Clarion County.
