Brian Darrell "Luke" Brookshier (born August 31, 1971) is an American animator, storyboard artist, screenwriter, and director known for his work on Nickelodeon's SpongeBob SquarePants[1] and he was nominated for an Emmy Award for "Outstanding Animated Program" for writing the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "Wigstruck".
[2] After SpongeBob, Brookshier went on to work as writer and storyboard artist in the first season of Cartoon Network's Uncle Grandpa.
He was also a storyboard artist for the animated series Kim Possible[3] and worked on the character layout for King of the Hill.
He also had one of his shows turned into a Golden Book: Mr FancyPants!.
He returned to the SpongeBob franchise as a writer in the show’s eleventh season and also helped develop the spin-offs, Kamp Koral and The Patrick Star Show.
