The racial makeup of the CDP was 96.81% White, 0.35% Black or African American, 0.24% Native American, 1.06% Asian, 0.12% from other races, and 1.42% from two or more races.

There were 632 households, out of which 35.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.5% were married couples living together, 8.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 22.5% were non-families.

19.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
