The racial makeup of the CDP was 97.56% White, 0.10% Black or African American, 0.05% Native American, 2.05% Asian, 0.10% from other races, and 0.15% from two or more races.

There were 795 households, out of which 34.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 62.0% were married couples living together, 8.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.0% were non-families.

22.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
