Madan (Bengali: মদন) is an upazila of Netrokona District[4] in the Division of Mymensingh, Bangladesh.

[4] According to the 2011 Census of Bangladesh, Madan Upazila had 31,751 households and a population of 154,479.

Madan has a literacy rate (age 7 and over) of 30.41%, compared to the national average of 51.8%, and a sex ratio of 987 females per 1000 males.

[8] Madan Thana was formed in 1917 and it was turned into an upazila in 1983.
