Andrews has been elected to the Pro Bowl three times and was named to the 2021 All-Pro Team after setting the Ravens' single-season record for receptions and receiving yards.
[11] In early January 2018, it was announced that Andrews would forgo his senior year at Oklahoma in favor of the 2018 NFL draft.
[13] On March 14, 2018, Andrews participated at Oklahoma's pro day, but chose to stand on his combine numbers and only performed positional drills.
At the conclusion of the pre-draft process, Andrews was projected to be a second round pick by NFL draft experts and scouts.

In Week 14, Andrews recorded 11 receptions (tying his career-high from earlier in the season) for 115 yards and a touchdown in a 22–24 loss to the Browns.
[52] Andrews recorded his second 100-yard performance in a Week 6 20–24 loss to the New York Giants, finishing the game with seven receptions for 106 yards and a touchdown.
After the game, it was announced he had suffered a cracked fibula and an ankle ligament injury, sidelining him for the rest of the regular season.
