The seventh and final season of Medium, an American television series, premiered on CBS September 24, 2010 and ended on January 21, 2011.

CBS renewed Medium for a seventh season in May 2010, and was moved into the 8:00pm Friday night slot replacing the cancelled Ghost Whisperer.
