North River Shores is an unincorporated area and census-designated place (CDP) in Martin County, Florida, United States.

North River Shores is located in northeastern Martin County at 27°13′23″N 80°16′15″W / 27.22306°N 80.27083°W / 27.22306; -80.27083 (27.222999, -80.270851).

U.S. Route 1 runs along the eastern edge of the community, leading south 2 miles (3 km) to the center of Stuart and north 4 miles (6 km) into the eastern part of Port St. Lucie.

[1] As of the 2020 United States census, there were 3,459 people, 1,553 households, and 898 families residing in the CDP.

29.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 17.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
