The racial makeup of the CDP was 95.87% White, 1.22% Black or African American, 0.25% Native American, 0.61% Asian, 0.03% Pacific Islander, 0.58% from other races, and 1.44% from two or more races.
28.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
