Palashbari (Bengali: পলাশবাড়ী) is an upazila of Gaibandha District in the Division of Rangpur, Bangladesh.

According to the 2011 Census of Bangladesh, Palashbari Upazila had 63,307 households and a population of 244,792.

Palashbari had a literacy rate (age 7 and over) of 47.62%, compared to the national average of 51.8%, and a sex ratio of 1040 females per 1000 males.

[8] Palashbari Upazila is divided into Palashbari Municipality and eight union parishads: Barisal, Betkapa, Harinathpur, Hossainpur, Kishoregari, Mohdipur, Monohorpur and Pobnapur.
