Pioneer, also known as Pioneer Plantation,[3] is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Hendry County, Florida, United States.

It is part of the Clewiston, Florida Micropolitan Statistical Area (μSA).

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the community has an area of 21.233 square miles (54.99 km2); 21.223 square miles (54.97 km2) of its area is land, and 0.010 square miles (0.026 km2) is water.

It includes a 2,400 square feet community center, sports fields and courts, playground equipment, 2 grills, and a picnic table.
