Poltava urban territorial hromada (Ukrainian: Полтавська міська територіальна громада, romanized: Poltavska miska terytorialna hromada) is one of the hromadas of Ukraine, located in Poltava Raion, Poltava Oblast.

Its administrative centre is the city of Poltava.
