Poopak Niktalab (Persian: پوپک نیکطلب, pronounced [puːˈpækˌnɪkˈtælæb]; born 19 May 1970) is an Iranian education theorist, author, and literary researcher, especially of children's literature.
[17][18][19] She has collaborated with various institutions and organizations, including the Iranian Association of Children and Adolescent Writers (Navisak),[6] Roshd Magazines, the Ministry of Education of Iran, etc.
[20][21] Her writings are also used in the fields of Tajikistan studies[22][23][24][25] and Afghanistan studies,[26][27][28] and in research on the biographies of children's literature writers from India,[29][1][30] Russia,[1] Palestine,[31] Syria,[32][18][33] Lebanon,[34] Egypt,[35] Uzbekistan,[36][37] Georgia,[1][38][39] Kyrgyzstan,[1] Kazakhstan,[1][40] Turkey,[41] Morocco,[1] Turkmenistan,[42] Pakistan,[1][43] Azerbaijan,[44] Qatar,[45][46][47][48] UAE,[1][49] Cyprus,[1] Iraq,[50] Kuwait,[51] Bahrain,[52] Oman,[53] Yemen,[54] Saudi Arabia[55] and Jordan.
