Saikul is a town in the Kangpokpi district in Manipur, India.
It is the headquarters of "Sadar Hills East" subdivision (or Saikul subdivision) of the Kangpokpi district, and one of the principal towns under the Sadar Hills Autonomous District Council.
By the 2011 census, Saikul has a population of 2,767 people, almost all of whom belong to Scheduled Tribes.
