San Vicente Lachixío is a town and municipality in Oaxaca in south-western Mexico.
It is part of the Sola de Vega District in the Sierra Sur Region.
The town is named for the catholic patron saint San Vicente Ferrer.
[1] As of 2005, the municipality had a total population of 3,154 and in 2010 it was 2976 of which the great majority is from indigenous descent.
