Sanne Nijhof (born 20 October 1987 in Den Ham, The Netherlands) is a Dutch model.
Before being a contestant in the first cycle of Holland's Next Top Model,[1] Nijhof was at a high level of horse riding, but had to quit because she suffered from infectious mononucleosis.
[citation needed] Nijhof was named the winner of the first cycle of Holland's Next Top Model after making it to the finals with Sylvia Geertsen.
On 17 January 2007, she won the Ford Models Supermodel of the World competition, winning a US$250,000 contract with the world-renowned agency.
She signed with Women Model Management in Paris and in Milan in October 2007.
