Simms is a census-designated place (CDP) in Muskogee County, Oklahoma, United States.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 14.1 square miles (37 km2), all land.
As of the census[3] of 2000, there were 295 people, 105 households, and 87 families residing in the CDP.
11.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 4.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
About 19.5% of families and 21.6% of the population were below the poverty line, including 22.8% of those under the age of eighteen and 22.2% of those 65 or over.
