Steven Lehrer

Steven Lehrer is a physician and writer, known for medical research and for his English translation of Else Ury.

After training and specialty board certification, Lehrer worked as a radiologist, radiation oncologist, and nuclear medicine physician.

[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10] Lehrer published the first English translation of the most popular book of German children's writer Else Ury, Nesthäkchen and the World War.

Lehrer was interviewed on the History Channel series Mavericks, Miracles, and Medicine about his book Explorers of the Body,[23] as well as by the BBC for their series, Medical Mavericks, Beating Infection (episode 4).
