The second incarnation of the USA Network in Latin America is a channel dedicated to series and movie programming.

The local version of the channel is available in Spanish and Portuguese-language feeds (for Spanish-speaking countries and for Brazil, respectively).

In 2023, it was announced by NBCUniversal that the channel would be revived in Latin America during the Q4 of 2023 after 19 years of absence in the region.
