Victor Menezes

[9] Menezes chaired the American India Foundation,[10] was a vice chairman of the Asia Society[11] and of Catholic Charities in New York.

[14] Menezes was the chairman of the Clearing House Association;[15] served as a trustee of the Asia Society, the Eisenhower Fellowships and the American India Foundation.

He was named chairman of the board of governors of the National Center for Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC).

The IIT Bombay called Menezes its "product" who reached the highest levels of banking and finance.

The final judgement required Menezes to pay $1,567,557 of disgorgement, pre-judgment interest of $328,822.77 and a $783,778 civil penalty, for a total payment of $2,680,157.77.
