2010 South Florida Bulls football team

Led by first-year head coach Skip Holtz, the Bulls compiled an overall record of 8–5 with a mark of 3–4 in conference play, tying for fifth place in the Big East.

South Florida invited to the Meineke Car Care Bowl to face the Clemson Tigers.

South Florida defeated Clemson, 31–26, securing a third straight bowl victory for the Bulls.

The Bulls played home games at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.

On April 17, 2010, South Florida held its annual intrasquad spring football game at Raymond James Stadium.
