All 6 of Kentucky's seats in the United States House of Representatives were up for election.

A special election was held for the Kentucky Court of Appeals 1st District, 1st Division.

The seat was vacated by Christopher S. Nickell who was elected to the Kentucky Supreme Court in 2019.

The position was filled in by Chris McNeill who was appointed by Governor Andy Beshear on April 22, 2020.
